Four States Pharmacy was established in May 2012 by Three Amigos Apothecary, a group of independent pharmacists. Initially, the group saw a need to fulfill the pharmaceutical needs of the Stateline Surgery Center and surrounding Galena area. In October 2012, Four States Pharmacy became the only independent pharmacy in the Galena area which increased the need to service the surrounding community.
